The RVSI series vertical shaft impact crushers, the first of their kind in China, were developed by SinoRec in 1989 and have since been used at thousands of crushing sites around the world.
What changed, and what did not
Each generation has been improved. The design objective never moved: produce a high-quality end product. The current machine carries more impeller outlet ports than traditional structures, a rotor built for high-speed rotation, larger bearings than conventional equipment, and a dilute oil lubrication system.
Maintenance is part of the design
The adjustable counterattack plate can be replaced completely, and disassembly is straightforward — maintenance time is downtime you do not get back. For manufactured sand, consistent grading matters more than peak throughput on a good day.
