The CMC series is the self-propelled line. Each station carries its own hydraulic crawler chassis and is driven by wireless remote control, so it moves around the pit or along the quarry face under its own power. No towing vehicle, no prepared running surface and no dismantling before a move: the station tracks to the new position and resumes production.
Chassis and control
- Hydraulic track chassis with wireless remote control for travel, set-up and shutdown
- Works on rough and uneven ground where a wheeled chassis needs a prepared surface
- Discharge and transfer conveyors fold for transport and unfold on site
- Diesel-electric drive available where there is no reliable grid connection
Station types
- Tracked jaw station — RC96 to RC120, 80–600 t/h
- Tracked impact station — RNP1213 and RNP1315, with or without return screen
- Tracked cone station — RGP single-cylinder and RHP multi-cylinder, with or without return screen
- Tracked VSI station — RVSI850 to RVSI1100 for manufactured sand
- Tracked screening station — 6000 × 1800 screen in three or four decks
Where it is used
Contract crushing where the plant follows the face, quarries worked in several benches, construction and demolition recycling on unprepared ground, and short-term projects where mobilisation time decides the economics.

Capacity figures are stated at the discharge setting shown and for material of normal bulk density. Final selection is confirmed against the feed gradation and the required product fractions.
