The MKC series divides the circuit into transportable steel skid modules — feeding, primary, secondary, screening and conveying. Each module is finished, wired and no-load tested in the workshop before dispatch. Modules travel on a flatbed truck, are placed by crane on a prepared slab or on simple strip footings, and are bolted together on site. Civil works are limited to the slab: there is no concrete structure to build.
Why a skid structure
- Mechanical assembly, wiring and no-load running are completed before dispatch
- Site work is limited to foundations, bolting and connection
- Minimal civil works compared with a stationary plant — no concrete structure, no long cure time
- Modules are lifted out and moved by crane and flatbed if the deposit or the contract moves
- Standard module interfaces keep spare-part planning and later expansion predictable
Module types
- Modular jaw station — MKC-J, C96 to C120
- Modular impact station — MKC-I, NP1213 and NP1315, with or without screen
- Modular cone station — MKC-G on single-cylinder RGP and MKC-H on multi-cylinder RHP and HP, with screen
- Modular VSI station — MKC-V, RVSI850 to RVSI1100
Where it is used
Semi-permanent installations with a horizon of a few years, sites where permitting or ground conditions make civil construction expensive, and projects that need fixed-plant availability without a fixed-plant construction period.
Selection note
The table lists model, main configuration, maximum feed size and installed power as issued by the technical department. Capacity is confirmed with the quotation, matched to the feed gradation and the required product fractions.
