Wheeled Crushing & Screening Stations

A wheeled station carries the hopper, feeder, crusher, discharge conveyor and screen on one trailer frame. It is towed between locations by a standard tractor unit and erected on prepared hardstanding, which makes it the practical choice for contractors working several pits or projects with a defined construction window.

Design notes

Transport without dismantling

The chassis is arranged for road transport; main structures fold or retract for travel and are re-set on site with hydraulic assistance.

Minimal site works

Erection requires compacted hardstanding rather than a concrete foundation, which shortens the interval between mobilisation and first production.

Power options

Diesel-generator or dual diesel-and-grid power, selected against the local supply and the cost of running a line.

Process variants

Jaw, cone, impact, VSI and screening frames share the same chassis family, so a plant can be reconfigured by exchanging stations.

Next step

Specify the duty,
receive the circuit.

Feed gradation, compressive strength, abrasion index and target fractions are the four inputs required to size this circuit. Drawings, foundation loads and a commissioning plan follow the quotation.
