Civil & Steel-Structure Fixed Plants

For quarries and aggregate suppliers with a long lease and a stable product mix. The layout follows the site contour, structures are reinforced concrete or steel frame, and the line includes stockpile conveyors, dust collection and a central control room. Capital cost is higher than a modular plant; cost per tonne over the life of the deposit is lower.

Design notes

Designed to the deposit

Plant layout, bench heights and haul roads are planned together, so the primary is positioned to minimise haul distance for the life of the quarry.

Lowest cost per tonne at volume

Continuous operation, high availability and low labour intensity reduce unit cost where the annual output justifies the investment.

Dust and noise

Bag filters at transfer points, enclosed screens and concrete structures keep the plant inside permit limits for populated areas.

Central control

The whole line is operated from a control room with interlocking, production reporting and remote diagnostics.

Next step

Specify the duty,
receive the circuit.

Feed gradation, compressive strength, abrasion index and target fractions are the four inputs required to size this circuit. Drawings, foundation loads and a commissioning plan follow the quotation.
