the site.
We size the plant from your feed size, product spec and duty cycle — then quote the machines that actually match.

The questions
we get first.
Straight answers, so the first reply from us can be technical instead of administrative.
What do you need from me to size a crushing plant?
Four things: the material and its abrasion index, the feed size, the product spec (fractions and shape), and the required tonnes per hour. With those we return a stage-by-stage configuration, the machine list and the power draw.
Do you supply spare and wear parts after delivery?
Yes. Wear parts are quoted with the machine and stocked for the model families we build. On the RNP impact crusher, wear-part universality is above 80%, so a plant keeps only two to three wear-part types in daily use.
What are typical lead times?
Lead time is quoted per machine against the current production schedule. Where the model is in ready stock — around 1,000 machines of all types are held — the machine can be prepared for shipment without waiting for a production slot.
Which quality and market certifications apply?
All products are manufactured under the ISO 9001 quality management system and the line complies with CE (EU) safety standards. Destination-specific certification is quoted with the order.
Can your engineers attend commissioning on site?
Yes, commissioning support is arranged per project. Tell us the site location and the schedule when you enquire and it is included in the offer.
