Modular Crushing & Screening Plants

The line is divided into transportable steel modules — feed, primary, secondary, screening and conveying — each finished, wired and tested in the workshop before dispatch. On site the modules are bolted onto a prepared slab. Construction time is significantly shorter than a civil plant, and the structure can be dismantled and relocated if the deposit or the contract moves.

Design notes

Workshop completion

Mechanical assembly, wiring and no-load running are completed before dispatch, so site work is limited to foundations, bolting and connection.

Standard layout

Module dimensions and interfaces are standardised, which keeps spare-part and expansion planning predictable across projects.

Expandable

Additional screening or sand-making modules can be added later without rebuilding the primary structure.

Fixed-plant performance

The modular arrangement retains the capacity and availability of a stationary plant while avoiding the construction period of a civil structure.

Next step

Specify the duty,
receive the circuit.

Feed gradation, compressive strength, abrasion index and target fractions are the four inputs required to size this circuit. Drawings, foundation loads and a commissioning plan follow the quotation.
