Design notes
Sizing before quotation
Feed gradation, compressive strength, abrasion index and target fractions are fixed before a model is proposed. Open-circuit and closed-circuit arrangements are both quoted where the spec allows.
Interface engineering
Foundation loads, drive arrangement, discharge dimensions and connection points are issued with the order, so the civil design can proceed in parallel with manufacture.
Stock availability
Around 600 units of all types are held in stock. Where the selected model is available, preparation for shipment does not wait for a production slot.
Line-level control
Units can be supplied with instrumentation and drive interfaces ready for connection to a plant DCS, with pressure, temperature and current signals available to the control room.
