Tracked Crushing & Screening Plants

Tracked plants operate where the material is, following the advance of the bench and discharging onto the field conveyor or directly to stockpile. Hydraulic drives and radio remote control allow the unit to work without a site power supply, which suits quarries in development and demolition sites inside city limits.

Design notes

Face-following operation

The unit moves with the working face, which removes the need to haul run-of-mine rock to a fixed primary and reduces truck cycle distance.

No civil works

Track-mounted operation requires no foundation and no crane at mobilisation; the plant is operational once the tracks are set and the belts unfolded.

Radio remote control

Travel, belt folding and feeder speed are controlled remotely, keeping the operator clear of the discharge zone.

Dust and noise control

Water spray at transfer points and enclosed drive compartments are available where the site operates under permit conditions.

Next step

Specify the duty,
receive the circuit.

Feed gradation, compressive strength, abrasion index and target fractions are the four inputs required to size this circuit. Drawings, foundation loads and a commissioning plan follow the quotation.
