The Company

Sixty-five years
of making things.

Not a trading house with a catalogue. A factory with a foundry, a machine shop, and engineers who write the standards other people build to.

Built on heavy machinery, not on resale

SinoRec comes out of a heavy mining equipment manufacturing system with more than 65 years of history. The production base is owned — 400,000 m² of halls, stockyard and machining — not leased, not outsourced.

That matters at the point where a machine has to hold tolerance after ten years in a quarry. Frames are cast and machined in-house, shafts are forged from alloy material, and the gear sets that decide how quietly a cone runs are cut on our own machines.

Our engineering team has led the drafting of several national standards for the crushing industry. When a customer has to pass an import inspection or a tender review, that is not a marketing line — it is the reason the acceptance sheet comes back clean.

What the base actually contains

  • 400,000 m² owned production base, including fabrication, machining, assembly and test bays
  • 150 CNC machining centres, lathes, boring and gantry milling machines
  • ~1,000 machines of all types in ready stock, so a repeat order does not wait for a production slot
  • Multi-cylinder cone capability up to HP1250 class — the heavy end that few domestic plants can build
  • Assembly and no-load run-in test before dispatch, with records issued to the customer

Milestones

A long
run-up.

Only the dates we can stand behind are listed. The rest of the history is in the machines still running.

  1. Heritage

Heavy machinery manufacturing, from the ground up

The plant starts as a heavy equipment works — the machining culture, the casting suppliers and the assembly discipline all date from here.

  2. 1989

China's first vertical shaft impact crusher

Developed in our own works. Since then the RVSI has run at thousands of crushing sites worldwide.

  3. Standards

    National standards for crushing equipment

Our engineers led the drafting of several industry national standards — the technical baseline that import inspections are measured against.

  4. Today

    Full line, one system

RC jaws, RGP and RHP cones, RNP impactors, RVSI sand makers, ZSW feeders, YA screens, and wheeled or tracked mobile stations — engineered to work together.
