Project Enquiry
Specify the material,
the capacity,
the site.
Send the feed gradation, product specification and duty cycle. Our engineers return a stage-by-stage configuration and a quotation.
Technical questions
Frequently
asked questions.
Answers to the questions that precede a technical discussion, so the first reply can address the process rather than the paperwork.
What information is required to size a crushing plant?
Four inputs: the material type and its abrasion index; the feed gradation, including maximum lump size; the product specification, by fractions and shape; and the required tonnes per hour. On that basis we return a stage-by-stage configuration, the equipment list and the installed power.
Do you supply spare and wear parts after delivery?
Wear parts are quoted with the machine and held in stock for the families we manufacture. On the RNP impact crusher, wear-part universality exceeds 80%, so a plant normally carries two to three part types in daily use.
What are typical lead times?
Lead time is quoted per machine against the current production schedule. Around 600 machines of all types are held in stock; where the model is available, preparation for shipment does not wait for a production slot.
Which quality and market certifications apply?
All products are manufactured under the ISO 9001 quality management system and the line complies with CE (EU) safety standards. Destination-specific certification is quoted with the order.
Do your engineers attend commissioning on site?
Commissioning support is arranged per project. State the site location and the schedule at enquiry and it is included in the offer.
